Main Office Meeting
The Main Office Meeting will be held on Saturday, July 9, 2011, at 10:00 a.m. Please note that this month’s meeting will be our 4th Annual State Legislator Breakfast. Due to its growth over the years, this year it will be held in the Louis the XVI room at the Southwestern Law School Library, located at 3050 Wilshire Blvd. in Los Angeles (formerly Bullock’s Wilshire), at the corner of Westmoreland and Wilshire.
Steve Carlson, AAGLA’s Sacramento lobbyist, will be on hand and will introduce you to your representatives in state government. If you only attend one membership meeting this year, make it this one.
West Hollywood Meeting
The West Hollywood Meeting will be held on Wednesday, July 20, 2011, from 12:30 until at 2:00 p.m., at the Plummer Park Recreation Center located at 7377 Santa Monica Blvd., West Hollywood. Koreatown Meeting
The next Koreatown Meeting will be held on Wednesday, July 20, 2011, at 11:00 a.m. at AAGLA’s Main Office, located at 621 S. Westmoreland Avenue in Los Angeles. Please contact Jennifer Lee at 213-384-4131ext. 303 with any questions.
Santa Monica Meeting
The Santa Monica Meeting will be held on Monday, July 25, 2011, at 7:00 p.m.
The July meeting will tentatively feature a presentation about noise mitigation and quiet hardwood flooring, forming an LLC, how to choose a cleaning company, along with our always popular money-saving management tips, and a local attorney discussion about relevant legal issues.
Of course, a lucky raffle winner will receive a $300 gift certificate, generously donated by Carlson’s Appliances in Santa Monica.
The meetings are held at the Colorado Center Community Room, located at 2500 Broadway Avenue in Santa Monica. The meeting room is just across the street from Helen’s Cycle Shop. Both street parking and validated parking in the building are available.
